🔁 Afella Refund & Return Policy


At Afella, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help — within limits that keep things fair for everyone.



✅ Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 48hrs of receiving your item.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, personal useable items can’t be returned and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Wigs may be returned only if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

 



💸 Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a store credit or exchange (no cash refunds).

Store credits are issued as discount codes and can be used on your next purchase.



🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
