• You may request a return or exchange within 48hrs of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, personal useable items can’t be returned and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Wigs may be returned only if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

• If your return is approved, you’ll receive a store credit or exchange (no cash refunds).
• Store credits are issued as discount codes and can be used on your next purchase.
